Andie Crowell is the dedicated Office Manager at Caliber, bringing her organizational skills and passion for creativity to the team.  With a keen eye for detail, Andie has been an asset since joining the firm in April 2018.

Born and raised in Kansas City, Andie’s roots have instilled in her a strong work ethic and a commitment to her team.  As the Office Manager, she plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities, overseeing administrative tasks, and fostering a supportive and productive work environment for the entire Caliber team.

One of Andie’s standout qualities is her creativity, which she applies to enhance the client experience.  Constantly seeking innovative solutions, she explores new avenues to improve and streamline processes.  Her ability to think outside the box has not only contributed to increased efficiency but has also resulted in positive client satisfaction.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Andie finds great joy in spending quality time with her husband and two children, Kingston and Lennon.  Together they embark on exciting travel adventures, creating cherished memories along the way.  This balance between work and personal life enables Andie to bring a fresh perspective and a renewed energy to her role at Caliber.
