Andie Crowell is the Human Resources Manager and leads Special Projects at Caliber, where she brings energy, creativity, and a genuine love for people to everything she does. Since joining the firm in April 2018, Andie has played a key role in supporting the team and helping create a workplace where people truly enjoy coming to work and working together.

Born and raised in Kansas City, Andie’s strong work ethic and warm, approachable style shape how she supports Caliber’s staff. She’s passionate about taking care of the team, fostering a positive and collaborative culture, and making sure everyone feels supported, valued, and set up for success. From HR initiatives to firm-wide projects, Andie helps keep Caliber running smoothly while always keeping people at the center.

Known for her creativity and upbeat problem-solving style, Andie enjoys finding new ways to improve processes, streamline operations, and enhance both the employee and client experience. Her ability to blend organization with creativity brings fresh ideas and thoughtful solutions to the firm.

Outside of the office, Andie loves spending time with her husband and their two children, Kingston and Lennon. Whether traveling, exploring Kansas City, or making everyday memories together, she brings the same joy and enthusiasm to her family life that she brings to Caliber each day.
