As Director of Client Engagement, Megan oversees the many ways Caliber communicates with, connects with, and creates meaningful experiences for its clients.  Her role spans from marketing and communications, client relations and retention, to events, client gifting and website strategy.

A creative by nature in a decidedly financial world, Megan brings a different perspective to the table. She has a knack for seeing both the big picture and the small touches, finding thoughtful ways to make the Caliber brand and feel polished, personal, and distinctly human.  Megan also enjoys bringing ideas to life and finding thoughtful, creative ways to strengthen the experience people have with Caliber.

In 2022, Megan and her husband, Daniel, made the move from Austin to Kansas City, where they now call home with their son, two dogs, and seven backyard chickens. A Missouri State University alum, Megan is happy to be back in the Midwest (Go Bears!).  Outside of work, she is happiest with a project underway — DIY, crafting, gardening, or finding a way to spend time outdoors with the whole crew!
